To our dear Joe, The day you and Teddy stepped foot into the sculpture class and into our lives, seems like only yesterday. Yet over ten years have come and gone and you never stopped sharing your generous gifts of broadway music, song, laughter, wit, wisdom and of course creative ability to sculpt and tell stories. You cast a charmed spell on all of us. We've learned so much from you. Joe you'll remain in our hearts forever. We shall miss your smiling face and perpetual sparkle!! Thanks for allowing us to share your ride, Joe! Dear Teddy, We share your loss today because Joe was a part of so many lives. And for that reason he will continue on in our memories. Allen Lieberman (Thousand Oaks, CA) ____________________________________________________________________________________________ What a sweet man. Always a smile on his face and a person who brightened up my day every time I saw him. He'll be remembered. Gary Raymond (Thousand Oaks, CA) ____________________________________________________________________________________________ Joe.....we will truly miss your loving ways, your impish smile, and your sense of humor. You were a true friend with always a kind word and an eager ear. Your raw sculptures stood out in our very "finished" art world....you just made your statement and left it at that. You were truly an inspiration to me, and I am so fortunate to have been one of those who crossed your path "on the way". Carole Salak (Newbury Park, CA) ___________________________________-________________________________________________________ Your smile, your enthusiasm, your happy songs, will all be missed Joe. This one last hug must last forever. Cathy Sasso (Oak Park, CA) ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Joseph will be truly missed by his wife and his family. But, his
absence will also be felt deeply by the art community in the Conejo Valley. and as an example of a husband and wife who shared so much together. Terese Pencak Schwartz (Westlake Village, CA) ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Joe, Roger and I will miss your warm hugs and happy smiles, the wonderful knowledge you and Teddy shared with me about the art world when we went on our TOAA museum trips. We are so fortunate to have known you and loved you both. What a gift you were to the Conejo Valley when you came here from N.Y. We will never forget your shining example... a true gentleman, a gifted artist, bursting forth in a beautiful song! I loved painting with you! What fun we had. We sing your praises. Hugs always, Beverly and Roger Wilson (Westlake Village, CA) _____________________________________________________________________________________________ I met Joe only once, but heard many wonderful things about him from his family. I know he will be missed very much. The Zawrotny family offers its condolences to Teddy and the rest of the family. Melissa Zawrotny (Moorpark, CA)
